History[]
Dillard entered AFJROTC in August 2007, at the same as his older brother Tyler Dillard was Wing Commander. His Freshman year, he was chosen as Flight Sergeant for Echo flight; the flight was later chosen as Flight of the Year for 2007-2008. His sophomore year (2008-2009), Cody was placed in the posion of Finance OIC, then chosen as Operational Support Squadron First Sergeant during the Second semester. In 2009 Dillard was selected to be Alpha Squadron Commander. As of May 2010 it was announced that Dillard would be next Wing Commander.
